The Saint Paul & Minnesota Foundations recently hosted their first ever data parties, focused on East Metro Pulse, Volume 2. The Foundations will be holding five more data parties, open to anyone interested in learning how to sift through the data book and understand how to use this data in their work.
The Saint Paul & Minnesota Foundations today released the second volume of East Metro Pulse, a tool the Foundations use to measure vitality and quality of life in Dakota, Ramsey and Washington counties.

It was this experience that made the couple consider how they could involve their kids in their philanthropy – not decades down the road, but right away.

We’ve partnered with local community leaders from the City of Saint Paul, Ramsey County and the nonprofit sector to work together to fund more outreach workers, provide more shelter space in downtown Saint Paul and help long-term shelter users move into more permanent housing.
