Community foundation field of interest fundholder Lois

Honoring Their Wishes

Robert and Lois V. chose the Saint Paul & Minnesota Foundation to help them with their philanthropic planning. Long-time members of the Saint Paul community and deeply committed to the vitality of the city, their gift of life insurance assets will continue to bring needed services to the community.

Robert passed away in 2008; Lois described him as a “visionary and bright man.” Robert and Lois’ family life was deeply rooted in their faith. Together, they chose to direct their charitable giving to a variety of Christian organizations that share their values. Lois said, “I can’t imagine anyone not wanting to give back. If the Lord has blessed you with all you have, it is the right thing to give back.”
