Join us at Future North Star Society Events
Annually, we host two events for members of the North Star Society. Members of the North Star Society have included the Foundation in their wills or estate plans and are beacons of light for future generations. If you are a member of the North Star Society, please contact your philanthropic advisor to learn more about upcoming events.
Giving+Together: Early Childhood Education
The first three years of a child’s life provide the necessary building blocks for educational achievement, economic productivity, healthy lives and stronger communities. This period ensures a strong foundation for future development, and it is essential that parents, caregivers, practitioners and policymakers stay informed about how to support children and families during this critical stage.
Join us as Think Small, West Central Initiative, Children’s Defense Fund Minnesota and Montessori American Indian Childcare Center share how they advocate for early childhood education in the communities they serve.
This virtual event is for fundholders at the Foundation and their guests.
11:30 a.m. - 1 p.m.
2020 Facing Race Awards
The 2020 Facing Race Awards will honor anti-racism activists who challenge absent and harmful narratives on race, build solutions that unite, instead of divide, and push for justice and equity. Through these Awards, we celebrate and learn from those leading the way forward.
