Portrait of Mariah Mousel

"It is a true joy to support donors with their philanthropic goals. I especially love learning about the wide array of organizations that are doing great work in our community."

As a gift planner, Mariah helps donors steward their gifts and manage their grantmaking to make a difference in the communities most important to them. She also works closely with nonprofit endowment holders.

She joined the Saint Paul & Minnesota Foundation in 2014 after graduating from the University of Minnesota with a bachelor’s in communications studies.

Mariah’s prior nonprofit work experience includes serving as a development intern at the Minnesota AIDS Project and also at the Guthrie Theater. She is involved in her community through various leadership and volunteer roles at her church in downtown Minneapolis.

A Midwesterner at heart, she loves exploring the people, places and things that make Minnesota home. In her spare time, she enjoys running, traveling, and spending time with her husband, friends and family.
