Nadege leads the Community Impact Department’s learning and effectiveness efforts, assessing the impact of our work to build community capacity through grantmaking and community initiatives. She also oversees the day-to-day operations of the Community Impact team, including the Community Affiliates Program, the Community Sharing Fund and the Duke Employee Assistance Fund.
Nadege joined the Saint Paul & Minnesota Foundations in 2016. She has a background in dance, arts administration and law, working most recently as an attorney at Dorsey & Whitney LLP. Nadege earned a Bachelor of Arts in communication studies and a bachelor’s in liberal studies with an emphasis in dance from Iowa State University; a master’s degree in arts administration from St. Mary’s University; and a J.D. from Hamline University School of Law.
Nadege is chair of Trademark Theater board of directors, board secretary for Minnesota Opera and also serves on gala committees for Walker Art Center and Guthrie Theater.
Outside of work, Nadege enjoys attending art events with her husband and daughter, trying new restaurants and spending Sunday afternoons cooking.
