Andy Reeher is the former Founder and CEO of Reeher, a SaaS solution used by colleges and universities to improve fundraising performance. Through the adoption of a management system that was shared among peers, the Reeher Community grew to more than 150 higher education institutions who could compare performance data for their industry in real-time, using these comparisons to speed adaptation in the traditionally laconic non-profit field. Through applying predictive models and data-driven management practices, Reeher subscribers reached new highs in performance and productivity in all aspects of college and university advancement.
In May of 2018, the company was acquired by Blackbaud, the global leader in technology to advance social good. After joining Blackbaud, he led their data intelligence businesses with a focus on the ethical application of data and performance analysis to lead to higher performing organizations.
In 2020, Andy founded Volant Motive as a framework business for the application of data to improve human productivity. His board work includes The Saint Paul Downtown Alliance, as well as guiding several privately held companies.
Andy has a B.A. in history from Grove City College and an M.B.A from the University of Chicago.
